We're pleased to offer FREE delivery for all orders over HK1000! That means you can enjoy the convenience of shopping with us from the comfort of your own home, without having to worry about any additional delivery charges.

For orders under HK1000, we charge a small delivery fee of HK150 for 1-2 day delivery. We believe this is a fair and affordable price that allows us to continue providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products.

Please note that exchanges are only available before delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us before the cut-off time at 9am. If you cancel your order before the cut-off time, we'll be happy to refund your order, minus a cancellation fee of $150. However, if your order has already been dispatched for delivery, a cancellation fee of $200 will apply.

Unfortunately no, as our products are all stored in a secured warehouse with minimum supervision, self-collection will not be possible.
